夏木大学毕业后想找一份与自己设计专业对口的工作，却因没有工作经验而四处碰壁，无奈只好去到一家设计公司给老板向文鹤做第二助理。由于向文鹤性格古怪，对员工又极其苛刻，无论公事私事都交由夏木打理，把夏木折磨得苦不堪言。夏木自然不甘示弱，与向文鹤明争暗斗。在你来我往之间两人逐渐产生了情愫。向文鹤的公司因有了夏木而越来越好，向文鹤也因夏木逐渐改变。夏木也终于实现了设计师的理想。。The Moliere players are in their dressing room, getting ready to go on set.
