Wanting to believe their mother left some guidance to help heal the wounds of her abs...。素人异性好友集体开启一场为期10天的合宿之旅。过程中，10位单身男女嘉宾会重新观察、审视自己和异性好友之间的关系，探索彼此之间是否有进一步发展的可能；同时面对其他新认识的同伴，抱以开放的心态，相互了解认识，看是否能够碰撞出不同的爱情火花。。《国旗阿妈》讲述的是某眼科医院由组长华静芳（王姬 饰）、主任夏光（周野芒 饰）等一行多人组成的医疗小组入藏进行白内障医治工作的故事。藏族老人次仁曲珍的事迹让医疗队成员无比敬佩，这位老人在自己家的院落中每天升国旗，四十五年从未间断，被称作是“国旗阿妈”。医疗小组的成员为了能给老阿妈做手术遭遇了种种挫折和意外，最终齐心协力，使阿妈重见光明，在这个过程中，医疗小组的成员们都经历了一次精神洗礼。。
